Job summary

mrqsoft innnovations is seeking a highly experienced Salesforce DevOps expert to own and mature the DevOps strategy for a complex healthcare platform serving federal customers. The role spans Salesforce Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, MuleSoft, Snowflake, GitLab, Flosum, AWS, and GovCloud environments.

You will own end-to-end DevOps, release management, and deployment strategy across development, testing, staging, and production, acting as the technical authority for CI/CD and environment

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end Salesforce DevOps for enterprise platforms (federal focus).
• Proficient in Git branching, PR reviews, and release orchestration across multiple environments.
• Proven ability to design scalable deployment processes for Salesforce metadata, Apex, LWC, and related components.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and rollback controls.
• Familiarity with federal security, auditability, and IL4/IL5 environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Salesforce DevOps, release management, and deployment across dev/test/staging/production.
• Serve as technical authority for GitLab, source control, branching, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Design scalable deployment processes for Salesforce components and platform features.
• Enforce standards for branching, PRs, merging, versioning, and releases across teams.
• Manage complex releases spanning Salesforce, MuleSoft, Snowflake, AWS, and external systems.
• Build and enhance automated CI/CD pipelines, validation, and rollback procedures.
• Develop repeatable hotfixes and emergency release processes.
• Ensure compliance with federal security and change-control requirements.
