Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to join a remote team supporting go-to-market processes built on Salesforce. You will back the backlog, work with sales and operations stakeholders, and drive end-to-end requirements from discovery through delivery.

Responsibilities include writing clear user stories, collaborating with developers, and coordinating testing and acceptance with business users.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst.
Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud supporting go-to-market or sales operations processes.
Strong command of core BA practices: requirements gathering, user stories, process mapping, and testing.
Experience working in Agile teams alongside Salesforce developers and administrators.
Clear, confident communication with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
Comfort operating in a changing environment and managing a backlog with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

Partner with sales and operations stakeholders to understand needs and translate into requirements.
Own and prioritize a backlog of Salesforce enhancements and fixes.
Lead analysis on small to medium go-to-market projects from discovery to delivery.
Write well-structured user stories with acceptance criteria for development.
Map and document end-to-end business processes across opportunity-to-quote lifecycle.
Collaborate with developers to clarify requirements and remove blockers.
Plan and run testing, including test cases and user acceptance testing.
Coordinate with BSAs supporting quote-to-cash systems (Zuora, NetSuite).
