Job summary

HeadHR is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, implement, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and declarative tools. You will build extensions, automate processes, and ensure secure data access across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Qualifications

• 1+ years hands-on Salesforce Platform development.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, and asynchronous Apex.
• Experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Good understanding of Salesforce data modeling and object relationships.
• Experience with Salesforce Flow and declarative automation.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security model (Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Field-Level Security).
• Experience building REST and SOAP integrations.
• Experience writing unit tests and maintaining code coverage.
• Familiarity with Git, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile development teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and declarative features.
• Create custom objects, fields, validation rules, pages, permission models, and automation to support processes.
• Build reusable Apex services, triggers, async processes, and platform utilities.
• Develop responsive UIs using LWC and Lightning App Builder.
• Integrate external systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Contribute to Salesforce data modeling, application design, and platform optimization.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce security including roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and field-level security.
• Create and maintain unit tests, participate in code reviews, and resolve defects.
• Support deployment activities using Git, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA engineers, and other Salesforce specialists throughout the SDLC.
