Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on Salesforce application development, including 2+ years supporting Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Strong experience with Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flow, SOQL/SOSL, Platform Events, and REST APIs.
• Experience supporting the SDLC within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support Salesforce Service Cloud and integrated enterprise applications for CX operations.
• Lead the technical implementation of Salesforce enhancements using Apex, LWC, Flows, and APIs.
• Collaborate with analysts, product owners, architects, QA, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Provide technical leadership during design, code reviews, and deployments, ensuring best practices and security.
• Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise apps using REST APIs and middleware.
• Design, execute, and support unit, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Analyze and resolve production issues; perform root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Participate in Agile delivery: backlog refinement, sprint planning, estimation, and releases.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to standards and architecture.
• Identify opportunities for automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and reusable components.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and deployment procedures.
