Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development including 2+ years with Service Cloud.
• Strong experience with Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, Platform Events, REST APIs.
• Experience delivering SDLC in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise apps.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Ability to lead and mentor others in best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support Salesforce Service Cloud and related apps.
• Lead complex Salesforce enhancements with declarative and custom development.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, QA, and stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Provide technical leadership in design reviews and planning.
• Develop and support Salesforce integrations using REST APIs and middleware.
• Plan and execute testing (unit, integration, UAT) and ensure high-quality releases.
• Investigate production issues, perform root-cause analysis, implement fixes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior developers and share platform knowledge.
• Identify automation and AI opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Create and maintain technical docs and deployment procedures.
