UKG is seeking a Senior Salesforce Software Developer to administer, configure, and develop Salesforce Service Cloud and related enterprise applications supporting Customer Experience operations. You will collaborate with analysts, product owners, QA, and architects to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

You will lead integrations via REST APIs, build with Apex and LWC, participate in SDLC and Agile processes, and mentor junior developers while pursuing process improvements and automation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including 2+ years with Service Cloud.
• Experience developing with Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL, REST APIs.
• Experience with SDLC in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support Salesforce Service Cloud and related enterprise applications.
• Lead complex Salesforce enhancements with declarative and programmatic approaches.
• Collaborate with analysts, product owners, architects, QA, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, design, and planning while adhering to best practices and security standards.
• Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using REST APIs and middleware.
• Plan and execute testing (unit, integration, regression, UAT) and ensure high-quality releases.
• Perform root cause analysis of production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and deployment processes; mentor junior developers.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations through automation and AI-enabled capabilities.
