Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of hands‑on Salesforce application development, including 2+ years in Service Cloud.
• Strong experience using Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, Platform Events, and REST APIs.
• Experience with SDLC in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise apps.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support Salesforce Service Cloud and integrated enterprise apps.
• Lead complex Salesforce enhancements using declarative config and custom development.
• Collaborate with analysts, product owners, architects, QA, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Provide technical leadership during design, code reviews, and planning.
• Develop and support integrations via REST APIs and middleware.
• Plan and execute tests including unit, integration, and UAT.
• Analyze production issues and implement long‑term fixes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and deployments.
• Mentor junior developers and share platform knowledge.
• Identify automation and AI opportunities to improve operations.
