Job summary

UKG seeks a Senior Salesforce Software Developer to administer, configure, develop, test, and provide ongoing support for Salesforce Service Cloud and related CX apps. You will work with analysts, admins, product owners, QA, and architects to deliver scalable, high‑quality solutions that enhance business processes and customer experience.

The role requires strong Salesforce development skills, platform administration, and experience delivering across the SDLC with Agile practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
4+ years of hands‑on Salesforce application development, including 2+ years in Service Cloud.
Strong experience using Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, Platform Events, and REST APIs.
Experience with SDLC in Agile/Scrum environments.
Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise apps.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support Salesforce Service Cloud and integrated enterprise apps.
Lead complex Salesforce enhancements using declarative config and custom development.
Collaborate with analysts, product owners, architects, QA, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Provide technical leadership during design, code reviews, and planning.
Develop and support integrations via REST APIs and middleware.
Plan and execute tests including unit, integration, and UAT.
Analyze production issues and implement long‑term fixes.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and deployments.
Mentor junior developers and share platform knowledge.
Identify automation and AI opportunities to improve operations.
