Job summary

UKG seeks a Senior Salesforce Software Developer to administer, configure, and develop Salesforce Service Cloud and integrated enterprise apps supporting CX operations. Collaborate across Business Systems Analysts, Administrators, Product Owners, QA, Architects, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that improve processes and customer experience.

The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce development with administration expertise and participates in the full SDLC, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of hands‑on Salesforce application development experience, including 2+ years supporting Salesforce Service Cloud or related experience.
• Strong experience developing solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, Platform Events, and REST APIs.
• Demonstrated experience supporting the full SDLC within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience developing and supporting integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support Salesforce Service Cloud and integrated enterprise applications.
• Lead the technical implementation of complex Salesforce enhancements using Apex, LWC, Flows, and APIs.
• Collaborate with analysts, product owners, architects, QA, and stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Provide technical leadership during design, code reviews and planning.
• Develop and support integrations using REST APIs and middleware.
• Design, execute, and support unit, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Analyze production issues and implement sustainable fixes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and deployment activities.
• Mentor junior developers and share platform knowledge.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.
