Job summary

UKG is seeking a Senior Salesforce Software Developer to administer, configure, develop, test, and support Salesforce Service Cloud and integrated CX applications. You will collaborate with analysts, admins, owners, QA, and architects to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that improve processes and customer experience.

The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce development with platform administration, and participates in SDLC from requirements through deployment and post-production

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce app development, including 2+ years with Salesforce Service Cloud or related experience.
• Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, SOQL/SOSL, Platform Events, and REST APIs.
• Experience supporting the full SDLC in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations to enterprise apps.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support Salesforce Service Cloud and integrated enterprise applications for CX operations.
• Lead complex Salesforce enhancements using declarative configuration and custom development (Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs).
• Collaborate with analysts, product owners, architects, QA, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Provide technical leadership during design reviews, code reviews, and planning, adhering to best practices and security standards.
• Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise apps using REST APIs and middleware.
• Design and execute unit, integration, regression, and UAT testing for high-quality releases.
• Analyze and resolve production issues; perform root-cause analysis and sustainable fixes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and production deployments; mentor junior developers.
