Vibrant Emotional Health is seeking a Salesforce Senior Engineer to manage and optimize our Salesforce CRM. You will lead implementations, administer security, build reports and dashboards, and collaborate with IT and business users to deliver scalable CRM solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, integrations via REST API, and ongoing improvements to CRM processes within a remote work framework. A strong background in Salesforce with 5+ years of experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 5+ years CRM Engineer experience
• Strong understanding of Salesforce features, architecture and best practices
• Experience supporting large-scale CRM implementations and upgrades
• Ability to write technical specifications and documentation
• Excellent communication with engineering and management teams

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluations and improvements of CRM coding practices and standards
• Contribute to analysis, design, development, testing, modification and integration of Salesforce CRM
• Maintain Salesforce CRM including updates, enhancements and security
• Provide end-user support and administer CRM daily
• Collaborate with vendors, SI partners and cross-functional teams on delivery of solutions
• Prepare end-user documentation and technical guides
