Responsabilités

• Lead evaluations of CRM development standards and suggest improvements.

• Collaborate with vendors, integrators, and business partners on solutions.
• Provide end-user support and documentation for CRM changes.
• Work with PMs, UI/UX, developers, and data analysts on projects.
