Job summary

Vibrant Emotional Health (formerly MHA-NYC) is seeking a Salesforce Senior Engineer to support CRM programming and design. Location is Remote within the U.S., reporting to the CRM Director, with a salary range of $99,800 - $132,300.

Responsibilities include leading CRM best-practice evaluations, integration, and end-user support, while collaborating with vendors, UI/UX designers, and data analysts to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; relevant field preferred.
5+ years as CRM Engineer or similar role.
Hands-on CRM implementation, administration, maintenance and optimization experience with leading CRM (Salesforce or similar).

Responsibilities

Lead evaluations and improvements of CRM coding practices and tools.
Evaluate and improve CRM analysis, design, development, testing, modification, and integration.
Maintain awareness of Salesforce CRM systems and advancements.
Assess and resolve technical problems.
Provide daily administrative support and end-user assistance.
Create documentation and procedures per Vibrant methodology for development, installation and maintenance.
Collaborate with product vendors and systems integrators on delivery of solutions.
Coordinate with business partners on user acceptance testing.
Work with project managers, UI/UX designers, developers, and data analysts.
