Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Salesforce professional with 4 to 8 years of experience in application support, administration and development in the Oakland area. The role covers L2/L3 support, configuration, and hands-on development across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and APIs.

You will manage incidents, SLAs, and continuous improvement while collaborating with global teams. Must have Salesforce Admin/Developer certifications and be able to work in shifts.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of Salesforce app support, administration, and development.
• Salesforce Admin and Developer certifications.
• The role combines L2/L3 support responsibilities with hands-on Salesforce development.
• Technical skills include Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, support requests, and backlog items, delivering scalable Salesforce solutions through configuration and development.
• Manage incidents, service requests, enhancements, and defects in line with SLAs, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement.
• Support testing, releases, platform maintenance, and collaborate with global teams to ensure reliable operations and business support.
• Flexible and able to work in 24x7 shifts as per roster.
