Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead in Oakland, CA to provide technical leadership for AMS, maintenance, and enhancements, ensuring platform stability and performance across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.

You will manage an onsite-offshore 24x7 team, ensure SLA compliance, and act as a trusted technical advisor to business, support, and development teams. Strong expertise in Salesforce, DevOps, and AI-driven improvements is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years Salesforce experience with at least 3+ years in a technical lead role.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce platform development, architecture, integrations, DevOps, and Agile delivery for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Ability to lead onsite-offshore 24x7 model.
• Good SF AI knowledge and productivity improvements using AI.
• Deep knowledge of Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for Salesforce AMS, maintenance, and enhancements, ensuring platform stability and performance.
• Manage team effectively in an onsite-offshore 24x7 model.
• Ensure SLA compliance and handle critical escalations.
• Support operational governance and incident management as backup to the Support Lead.
• Collaborate with business, support, and development teams as trusted technical advisor.
• Drive service excellence through stakeholder communication and governance.
• Promote AI-driven productivity improvements across the platform.
• Lead war room discussions for high-priority issues and timely resolution.
