Reliance Matrix is looking for a Lead Salesforce Engineer to drive architecture, detailed design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions. The role includes auditing and optimizing Salesforce CRM and Claims schemas, as well as managing integrations with internal systems and third-party vendors.

You will collaborate across data warehousing, applications development, and web teams, mentor junior staff, and help upgrade processes while staying current with Salesforce releases

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IS or a closely related field plus 5+ years Salesforce development experience.
• Strong communication to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, XML, Lightning DS and Component framework.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Administration with declarative tools like Flow Builder and page layouts.
• Experience debugging and resolving technical issues, including with Managed Packages vendors.
• Familiarity with Salesforce deployment processes and GitHub/version control.

Responsabilités

• Perform hands-on Salesforce architecture and development following platform best practices.
• Deliver high-quality functional solutions and assist with testing and artifacts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into Salesforce initiatives.
• Provide support for system issues and coordinate with 3rd party vendors and Salesforce Support.
• Work with RSL IS team to support administrative and change management activities.
• Create documentation and train teams to drive adoption of best practices.
• Integrate Salesforce with internal systems via batch processing and real-time APIs.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and identify optimization opportunities.
