Globenet Consulting Corp seeks an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design, governance, integration, and technical direction of enterprise Salesforce solutions. This role requires strong Salesforce architecture expertise, hands-on technical leadership, integration knowledge, and experience delivering secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions.

Flexible work-from-home options are available for this hybrid Boston-based position, with 2-3 days on-site.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Extensive experience designing and implementing enterprise Salesforce solutions.
Salesforce certifications required.
Experience with MuleSoft, Copado, CI/CD, Agile and DevOps.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce architecture and designs.
Provide architectural oversight across Salesforce modules, integrations, and related systems.
Lead and mentor Salesforce developers and ensure coding, security, and development standards are followed.
Review designs, configurations, and code to ensure adherence to architecture and best practices.
Governance across the full lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
