Job summary

New York Life in New York seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead design, development and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions. You will work hands-on while providing technical leadership across the Service Experience value stream to deliver scalable, secure Salesforce capabilities for customer, field service, and agent desktop experiences.

The role requires 7+ years in Salesforce development with expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, APIs, and cloud integrations, including AWS.

Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience.
Deep expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Experience, LWC, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex and declarative tools.
Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration patterns.
Experience in Agile environments with SDLC best practices and source control.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, customization and enhancement of Salesforce solutions.
Architect, develop, test and maintain scalable Salesforce applications and integrations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into Salesforce solutions.
Optimize development lifecycle with automation and performance improvements.
