Job summary

New York Life is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer Engineer (PF4) to lead design and delivery of complex Salesforce solutions across multiple business lines. You will integrate Salesforce with AWS and enterprise systems, driving secure, scalable, and high-performing applications while guiding a team of developers.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience leading Salesforce implementations and guiding a developer team.
• Hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, and Flow Builder for scalable solutions.
• Experience with event-driven architecture (Platform Events, CDC) and real-time integrations.
• Secure integrations using Salesforce APIs, MuleSoft, and AWS services.
• Strong JavaScript, React.js, and TypeScript skills for UI components.
• CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions and Jenkins across environments.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, JWT, and Named Credentials for secure access.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Translate requirements with architects, partners, and data teams into robust designs.
• Implement Salesforce integrations with AWS services and other enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with UX/front-end teams to deliver modern user experiences (React/LWC).
