You will mentor engineers, drive DevOps practices, and stay current with Salesforce releases to ensure platform health and business impact. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical leadership and people management.
• 7–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; Salesforce certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce initiatives, ensuring quality, timeliness, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Establish and enforce development standards, code quality, and deployment processes.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform capabilities, releases, and ecosystem trends.
• Drive innovation through evaluation and adoption of new Salesforce features, tools, and integrations.
• Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in Salesforce Governance COE and Architecture Review Boards.
