Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer (Service Cloud & Experience Cloud) to design and build enterprise Salesforce CRM solutions for a large contact center environment.

The role emphasizes Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning development, integrations, and lifecycle ownership. Requirements include extensive experience with Apex, LWC, REST APIs, OAuth, and CI/CD with Azure DevOps. Strong communication and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Development Lifecycle and SFDX.
• 4+ years developing with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, HTML5, and JavaScript.
• 5+ years of Salesforce Service Cloud experience.
• 5+ years of Salesforce Experience Cloud experience.
• Strong experience migrating Salesforce Classic to Lightning.
• Experience migrating Legacy Visualforce Portals to Digital Experience Sites.
• 5+ years of GoMeddo Scheduling customization or equivalent scheduling product experience.
• 5+ years of Conga Composer experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Lightning development using LWC.
• Experience integrating Salesforce using REST APIs and OAuth authentication.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop customizable Salesforce solutions based on CRM requirements.
• Gather technical requirements with stakeholders and end users.
• Lead technical implementation across Salesforce releases and deployments.
• Develop solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, and declarative tools.
• Build integrations with cloud and on‑premise apps using REST APIs and OAuth.
• Design secure, scalable Salesforce architecture.
• Support data migration, AppExchange products, and custom development.
• Manage SFDX development, branches, merges, and CI/CD with Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and contribute to standards and docs.
• Identify technical risks and assist with knowledge transfer to maintenance teams.
