Job summary

HCL Technologies seeks an experienced Senior Technical Specialist - Salesforce to lead administration, development, customization, and optimization of Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Field Service Lightning.

The ideal candidate will excel in Salesforce Administration, Apex Development, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), focusing on scalable, high-quality business solutions and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Salesforce Administration, including security and data management.
Hands-on Apex development with triggers and classes.
Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning Experience customization.
Experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Field Service Lightning (FSL).
Proficiency in Salesforce Flows and platform configuration.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
Familiarity with deployment methodologies and DevOps practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform for stability, security, and performance.
Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Classes, and Web Services.
Build and customize Lightning Experience applications and LWCs to enhance UX.
Configure and optimize Salesforce Flows, automations, workflows, and security settings.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Troubleshoot configurations, integrations, and data management issues.
Design and support integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
Participate in deployment activities, release management, and environment strategy.
Stay current with Salesforce enhancements and best practices.
Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
