HTC Global Services in Lansing, MI seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead design and delivery of Service Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions. You will own the Salesforce developer lifecycle, implement across release cycles, and build integrations using REST APIs with OAuth, Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• 5+ years of Salesforce Service Cloud experience.
• 5+ years of Salesforce Experience Cloud (Digital Experience Sites) experience.
• 5+ years of GoMeddo Scheduling customization or equivalent scheduling product experience.
• 5+ years of Conga Composer experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Lightning development using LWC.
• Experience integrating Salesforce using REST APIs and OAuth authentication.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop customizable Salesforce solutions based on CRM requirements.
• Gather technical requirements with business stakeholders, customers, and end users.
• Lead technical implementation across Salesforce release cycles and deployments.
• Develop solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Aura, and declarative Salesforce tools.
• Build integrations with cloud and on-premises applications using REST APIs and OAuth authentication.
• Design secure, scalable, and high-performance Salesforce architecture.
• Support data migration, system integrations, AppExchange products, and custom development.
• Manage SFDX development, branch management, code merging, and CI/CD deployments using Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional development teams and contribute to development standards and technical documentation.
• Identify technical risks, support change management processes, and assist with knowledge transfer to maintenance teams.
