Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Specialist - Salesforce to lead administration, development, customization, and optimization of Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Field Service Lightning.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Salesforce Administration, Apex Development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and platform configuration, with a passion for delivering scalable and high-quality business solutions.

Qualifications

Experience administering Salesforce including user management, security, profiles, and data governance.
Hands-on Apex development with Triggers and Classes and asynchronous processing.
Proficient in Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring stability, security, and optimal performance.
Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Classes, and Web Services.
Build and customize Lightning Experience applications and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Configure and optimize Salesforce Flows, automation, workflows, validation rules, and security settings.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Troubleshoot integrations and data management.
Design and support integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
Participate in deployment activities and release management.
Stay current with Salesforce enhancements and best practices; provide training and documentation.
