Job summary

System Soft Technologies seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer to join a Salesforce CRM Platform team supporting the CSX initiative. You will design, develop, and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities while learning emerging technologies like Agentforce and Data Cloud.

Deep Service Cloud experience, Apex, and LWC are essential. Expect ~80% Service Cloud work with ~20% Sales Cloud, across on-site Raleigh-Durham or Hoboken, NJ locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Salesforce development experience.
• Strong Salesforce Service Cloud experience.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce configuration.
• Experience developing APIs and system integrations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud functionality.
• Build scalable Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and integrations.
• Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems.
