Job summary

Resolve Tech Solutions (RTS) is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, and support Service Cloud solutions that optimize customer service operations. You will collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to deliver scalable capabilities for case management, service automation, and enterprise integrations.

Qualifications

5+ years of Salesforce development experience with Service Cloud.
Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, and Salesforce integration patterns.
Experience with Agile delivery, Git, and CI/CD deployment processes.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification preferred; PD II and Service Cloud Consultant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop Salesforce Service Cloud solutions and case management features.
Implement Omni-Channel routing, queues, entitlements, milestones, and Knowledge.
Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
Troubleshoot performance, security, and data integrity issues.
Lead code reviews, support testing and deployments, and mentor junior developers.
