Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer / Solution Architect to lead design and delivery of Salesforce Service Cloud and contact center solutions. The role blends hands-on development with architectural leadership to drive scalable, enterprise-grade outcomes.

The successful candidate will guide development teams, define solution patterns, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives across multi-channel customer experiences.

Qualifications

6+ years of Salesforce experience with deep expertise in Service Cloud.
Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Solution Architect.
Strong hands-on experience with Apex, SQL, and asynchronous processing.
Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Flows design and automation.
Experience designing solutions for contact centers or customer support environments.

Responsibilities

Serve as the architecture lead for Service Cloud and contact center initiatives.
Define and enforce solution patterns, development standards, and integration strategies.
Design scalable Salesforce solutions leveraging Service Cloud, Omni-Channel, and related tools.
Architect end-to-end customer and agent experiences across channels and case management.
Mentor developers on Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and architectural standards.
Partner with product owners and stakeholders to define requirements and delivery timelines.
