Job summary

The Salesforce Specialist at The Jewish Federation of Cleveland will administer and optimize Salesforce across the organization, maintain data quality, and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytics to support fundraising and leadership reporting. You will work with end users, provide onboarding and training, and ensure data integrity through audits and deduplication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration and support of the Salesforce platform.
• Create, maintain, and optimize Salesforce reports, dashboards, and analytics to support operational decision-making, fundraising, and leadership reporting.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for CRM support and end-user assistance, managing and triaging requests through the organization's ticketing system.
• Execute recurring Salesforce administration processes, ensuring data accuracy, system reliability, and timely completion of business-critical tasks.
• Deliver Salesforce onboarding, user training, and adoption support for new and existing staff members.
• Monitor and improve data quality through the development and processing of regular audits, deduplication, and validation processes.
• Analyze user support requests, audit findings, and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement of business processes, user adoption, and reporting.
• Document processes, procedures, and user guides to improve knowledge sharing and operational consistency.
• Assist with user setup, access requests, roles, profiles, permission sets, and basic Salesforce security administration.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, platform updates, and emerging features relevant to nonprofit CRM operations.
