Job summary

The Associated in Baltimore seeks a Senior CRM & Reporting Analyst to design, implement, and optimize our Salesforce-based systems. You will build reports and dashboards that drive decision making, troubleshoot CRM issues, and deliver user training across departments.

This role blends technology, analytics, and collaboration to improve processes, user experiences, and data quality. A minimum of three days in the office weekly supports teamwork and change management in philanthropy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Three or more years of CRM, database, or business systems experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce (Nonprofit Cloud experience is a plus).
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills.
  • Experience creating dashboards and reports.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Strong problem solving abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting and enhancing our Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Creating reports and dashboards that turn data into meaningful insights.
  • Troubleshooting user questions and resolving CRM issues.
  • Developing documentation and delivering engaging user training.
  • Supporting change management and helping colleagues adopt new technology.
  • Participating in CRM enhancements, testing, and future system improvements.

We’re seeking a Senior CRM & Reporting Analyst who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and partnering with colleagues to make technology easier and more impactful. This is more than a reporting role—it’s an opportunity to help design better business processes, improve user experiences, and enable smarter decision-making across the organization. This is a full-time, hybrid position that requires a minimum of three days per week in the office.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range is $69,000-$73,000 and is commensurate with qualifications, skills, and experience.
