Job summary

The Jewish Federation of Cleveland is seeking a Salesforce Specialist to administer and enhance our Salesforce environment. You will ensure data quality, develop reports and dashboards, and provide end-user support across the organization.

You will partner with the CRM team to translate staff needs into practical Salesforce solutions, stay current with platform releases, and deliver training and documentation to promote consistent, efficient nonprofit operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform and administration concepts; Non-Profit Cloud a plus.
• Experience supporting end users, business processes, reporting, or CRM administration; nonprofit CRM a plus.
• Understanding Salesforce concepts including objects, records, fields, relationships, users, profiles, reports, and dashboards; certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration and support of the Salesforce platform.
• Create, maintain, and optimize Salesforce reports, dashboards, and analytics to support operational decision-making, fundraising, and leadership reporting.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for CRM support and end-user assistance, managing and triaging requests through the organization's ticketing system.
• Execute recurring Salesforce administration processes, ensuring data accuracy, system reliability, and timely completion of business-critical tasks.
• Deliver Salesforce onboarding, user training, and adoption support for new and existing staff members.
• Monitor and improve data quality through the development and processing of regular audits, deduplication, and validation processes.
• Document processes, procedures, and user guides to improve knowledge sharing and operational consistency.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, platform updates, and emerging features relevant to nonprofit CRM operations.
