Job summary

Cloudera is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst for Salesforce CRM to drive design and implementation of scalable solutions across the global organization. You will partner with Sales Operations, IT, and Federal teams to gather requirements, author user stories, and guide developers through complex configurations.

The role emphasizes governance, change control, and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment, with a US Federal clearance-relevant backdrop and California location.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in BIS, CS or related field.
• Minimum 5 years as a Business Systems Analyst for Sales/Sales Ops/ Federal stakeholders.
• Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud/Service Cloud Consultant cert.
• Experience documenting requirements, user stories and UAT scripts.
• Experience with demand gen, pipeline, forecasting, or quote-to-cash.
• Diagramming tools for flowcharts and UX mockups (LucidChart, Visio, Omnigraffle).
• Familiar with Agile and related lifecycle processes.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify needed system enhancements.
• Point of contact for stakeholders on prioritization, coordination and escalation.
• Analyze existing processes and configurations to identify gaps.
• Gather and document requirements and support prioritization.
• Review best practices and elicit information on feature roadmaps with vendors.
• Design solutions to optimize processes and user experience.
• Present to-be solutions with design docs, flowcharts and use cases.
• Provide detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for devs.
• Ensure changes adhere to change control and compliance policies.
• Plan, execute and document testing phases as required.
• Support monthly release management and communicate changes ahead of time.
• Develop end-user training and knowledge transfer materials.
• Resolve L2 tickets and escalate to vendors as appropriate.
