Job summary

AllCloud is seeking a Salesforce-focused consultant to deliver Run-Grow-Transform managed services. You will engage with clients to collect requirements, explain complex concepts, and guide implementations, integrations, and custom development projects.

Qualifications

2+ years as Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Configuration.
2+ years architecture experience in a custom-system development environment.
2+ years marketing cloud experience.
Experience with Salesforce Platform / Sales Cloud / Service Cloud.
Knowledge of Apex & Visualforce/Lightning.
Familiar with Agile backlog management and user stories.

Responsibilities

Lead engagement team for Salesforce Run-Grow-Transform managed services.
Gather and analyze client requirements; translate into user stories with acceptance criteria.
Configure Salesforce declaratively and with development as needed; oversee integrations.
Manage data migration from legacy systems using Salesforce tools.
Coordinate UAT and end-user training; deliver training curricula.
