AllCloud, a leader in AI-led cloud services, seeks a Salesforce Consultant to bring project implementations to life for our global clients. You will gather information, explain complex concepts, and guide an engagement team through integrations, custom development, and best practices to deliver Salesforce solutions.

Work distribution includes 10% Project Management, 45% Analysis, 45% Technical work leveraging Salesforce capabilities and integrations, with a focus on delivering lifetime customer

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst or configuration.
• 2+ years of platform/solution-architecture experience in a custom-system environment.
• 2+ years of marketing cloud experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate business process review workshops and analyze client requirements.
• Break down requirements into User Stories with effort, pros/cons, approach.
• Document User Stories with Acceptance Criteria, assumptions, constraints, size, priority, and solution.
• Create deliverables: BRD, solution design, functional specs, findings report.
• Manage feedback loop for User Stories through Build.
• Configure Salesforce using declarative features and framework.
• Lead Force.com development and integrations with other apps.
• Migrate data from legacy systems using Salesforce tools.
• Lead UAT strategy, testing, and reporting.
• Develop training curriculum and deliver end-user training.
