Job summary

The Navigators are seeking a CRM Business Systems Analyst II to manage and optimize Salesforce-based processes across departments, providing production support, data migrations, and upgrades. You will lead business analysis efforts, build reports and dashboards, and coordinate with external vendors while aligning with the organization’s mission and spiritual values.

In this role, you will apply 5–8 years of Salesforce or SaaS experience, collaborate cross-functionally, and maintain systems

Qualifications

• Five to eight years’ experience in Salesforce or SaaS implementation, administration, and support.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator preferred.
• Experience in Business Analysis and writing requirements documents for business applications.
• Experience with AI enabled business processes preferred.
• Domain experience with nonprofit organization and financial systems preferred.
• Experience with cloud-based systems is preferred.
• Technical Knowledge & Skills: Working knowledge of SDLC and QA practices.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or in Computer Science.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for the enterprise CRM system across departments (Development, Finance, Marketing).
• Lead major CRM projects as the BI Analyst and troubleshoot integrations with third-party applications.
• Build reports, dashboards, and flows in Salesforce.
• Coordinate system upgrades and data migrations with external vendors.
• Develop and maintain CRM procedures and documentation.
