Job summary

The Navigators CRM team is seeking a Business Systems Analyst II to support Salesforce and related systems critical to ministry operations. You will provide production CRM support across departments, troubleshoot integrations, and lead BA efforts on CRM projects.

You will design and optimize reports and dashboards, coordinate upgrades with vendors, and drive data migrations and clean-ups, all while aligning with our mission and Code of Conduct.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years’ experience in Salesforce or SaaS implementation, administration, and support.
• Experience in Business Analysis and writing requirements documents for business applications.
• Domain experience with nonprofit organization and financial systems preferred.
• Experience with cloud-based systems is preferred.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for the enterprise CRM system to cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot integrations with third party applications (e.g., finance transactions, data files, bank files).
• Assist with new setups/system configurations.
• Support future third party applications that may affect the CRM system.
• Serve as a lead Business Analyst in major projects related to the CRM.
• Proficient in building reports, dashboards, and flows.
• Collaborate with the team to assess cross functional impacts of business decisions across the Salesforce platform and connected systems.
• Proactively monitor the system and take appropriate steps to prevent failures and restore service.
• Coordinate system upgrades and maintenance with external vendors providing technical support for the CRM.
• Facilitate data migrations, append, and clean-ups.
• Assist in the Salesforce software updates.
• Develop and maintain procedures related to the above responsibilities for the CRM.
