Job summary

HESFP, LLC is seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant to support federal and public sector initiatives, collaborating with clients and delivery teams to elicit business requirements and align Salesforce solutions with mission needs.

You will lead discovery sessions, document current and future processes, translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, and work with admins, developers, and architects to deliver compliant, secure solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6–8 years of Salesforce Business/CRM analysis experience.
• Experience in federal/public sector or regulated environments.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Hands-on configuration experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end Salesforce delivery across core platform capabilities, including Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
• Act as the primary liaison for business stakeholders, building relationships and serving as a trusted advisor.
• Lead and facilitate discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops to elicit requirements.
• Document current-state and future-state processes, workflows, and use cases for design support.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Admins, Developers, and Architects to ensure requirements are understood and solutions meet expectations.
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization with Product Owners.
• Validate requirements and solution designs through walkthroughs, prototypes, and stakeholder feedback.
• Coordinate and support UAT, including test scenario creation and defect triage.
• Ensure solutions comply with governance, security, data, and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to change management with documentation and training materials.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
