Qualifications

• Education & Experience options listed: Bachelor's + 3 yrs, Associate + 5 yrs, or HS Diploma + 7 yrs Salesforce experience.
• Proven Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWCs, Visualforce, and integrations.
• Ability to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions while aligning with federal security standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions for a federal contractor.
• Collaborate with admins, consultants, and stakeholders to refine requirements.
• Assist in backlog refinement and sprint planning; translate requirements into user stories and tasks.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and release management.
• Ensure deployments across environments and maintain technical documentation.
