Job summary

Levi, Ray & Shoup, Inc. (LRS) seeks a Lead Salesforce Technical Architect to provide senior architecture and technical leadership for Salesforce capabilities within the CRM, Integration, and Platform Services environment.

You will design, configure, develop, integrate, test, document, and sustain Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, Flow, Apex, LWC, APIs, and DevOps Center, while collaborating with security and compliance teams to meet federal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 8+ years of senior architecture or technical leadership experience in enterprise or government environments.
• Experience with Salesforce implementation, configuration, development, integration, testing, or operations.
• Experience with Agile delivery teams and translating stakeholder needs into technical outcomes.
• Salesforce credentials (Administrator, Platform Developer, App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Architecture, CTA) a plus.
• Experience with federal government IT environments, Public Trust programs, or regulated enterprise delivery a plus.
• Section 508, cybersecurity, auditability, data protection, and operational documentation experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and technical direction for Salesforce capabilities across CRM, integration, and platform services.
• Design, configure, develop, integrate, test, document, and sustain Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, privacy, data, and change management teams to meet federal operating expectations.
• Translate business and security requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Maintain clear technical documentation, design decisions, and runbooks.
