Job summary

IonQ, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Administrator, Federal to join our Revenue Operations team. You will own the health, configuration, and compliance of Salesforce Government Cloud supporting our federal business.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on administrator who is meticulous about access control and data integrity, comfortable operating in a regulated environment, and able to work independently in a fast-moving, resource-constrained team.

Qualifications

Active Salesforce ADM-201 certification.
Experience administering Salesforce in a regulated environment with audit support.
U.S. Person status and eligibility for GovCloud access.
Strong data quality and access governance.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Administer Salesforce Government Cloud, ensuring FedRAMP alignment and regulatory compliance.
Provision/deprovision user access with least-privilege in line with governance standards.
Build enhancements using declarative tools and coordinate changes within GovCloud constraints.
Design and maintain reports/dashboards for federal stakeholders.
Perform data quality management, deduplication, and release management.
