Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is seeking an engineering leader with deep Salesforce expertise to build scalable, cloud-native solutions across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, and Contact Center initiatives.

You will lead a team of Salesforce and software engineers, own API integrations, microservices, and AI-driven automation, and collaborate with product, security, marketing and operations to translate strategy into technical deliverables.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, with hands-on development.
• 2+ years in managing or developing software teams in cloud-first environments.
• Deep Salesforce platform knowledge (Apex, LWC, Flow) and CRM integration.
• Experience delivering enterprise CRM solutions and AI/automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Salesforce and software engineers to build scalable, cloud-native solutions.
• Oversee API integrations, microservices, and automated outreach workflows.
• Drive Agile/Scrum practices, backlog refinement, and architectural sessions.
• Partner with Product, Security, Marketing, and Sales Operations.
