Job summary

GAF is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead complex requirements gathering, process design, and functional strategy across Salesforce, Data Cloud, and Tableau. You will optimize our Lead-to-Cash process, leverage Salesforce Data Cloud, streamline collaboration with Slack workflows, and shape how Tableau delivers real-time, actionable insights to our operations.

Qualifications

5+ years of dedicated Business Analysis experience, with at least 3+ years actively driving projects in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration (IT emphasis), or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery workshops, interviews, and process design sessions across cross-functional business units.
Author sophisticated user stories, functional spec documents, process swim-lane diagrams, and UX wireframes for audiences ranging from offshore developers to C-Level executives.
Define solution architectures across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
Modernize enterprise reporting by establishing requirements for Tableau (including Tableau Pulse) and integrated Slack workflows.
Evaluate Salesforce Flow Builder configurations to protect system scalability.
