Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years of experience in business analysis and technology solution delivery, including hands-on Salesforce administration and Salesforce project experience.
Experience supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder management, and business process analysis experience across IT systems and business functions.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow, Reports, Dashboards, and security administration.

Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
Gather, document, and manage requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows for Salesforce and IT initiatives.
Lead requirements workshops and facilitate stakeholder discussions.
Analyze business processes across Salesforce and related IT systems to identify opportunities for automation and cross-functional improvements.
Evaluate impacts and integration points to ensure solutions fit the broader IT landscape.
Administer Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud environments.
Manage users, profiles, permission sets, roles, and security settings.
Configure Salesforce using Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Lightning App Builder.
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics.
Create process documentation, training materials, and support governance.
