VDart Inc. is seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst / Administrator to serve as a bridge between business and technology teams.

The role focuses on requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, and leveraging Salesforce Administration to support platform enhancements and adoption. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of BA experience with strong Salesforce Admin knowledge across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and nCino, plus the ability to translate business

8+ years of Business Analyst experience with Salesforce Admin knowledge across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and nCino.
Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, and stakeholder management.
Bridge between business and technology teams, translating business needs into Salesforce solutions.
Support platform enhancements and adoption.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and prioritize business requirements.
Utilize Salesforce Admin knowledge to configure and support users, roles, profiles, permission sets, validation rules, flows, reports, and dashboards.
Conduct workshops, process mapping sessions, gap analysis, and solution discussions.
Create BRDs, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and Administrators throughout the project lifecycle.
Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT, release validation, and change management activities.
Analyze and optimize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and nCino business processes.
Support data analysis, data quality initiatives, reporting, and business metrics tracking.
Understand Salesforce integrations, APIs, security model, and Agile delivery methodologies.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
