Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years in business analysis and technology solution delivery, including hands‑on Salesforce administration.
• Experience supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder management, and business process analysis across IT systems.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Flow, Reports, Dashboards, and security administration.
• Salesforce Certifications listed in the ad (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Business Analyst).

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
• Gather, document, and manage business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Lead requirements workshops and facilitate stakeholder discussions.
• Analyze business processes across Salesforce and related IT systems for automation and optimization.
• Evaluate integration points to ensure fit with the IT landscape.
• Administer Salesforce environments and manage users, profiles, and security.
• Configure Salesforce with Flows, Validation Rules, and Lightning App Builder.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards; create process documentation and training materials.
