Job summary

WorkWave, a remote-friendly global company based in Holmdel Township, New Jersey, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to automate processes, manage integrations, and partner with leaders to remove friction across Sales, Finance, and Customer Success. The role emphasizes governance, upgrades, and AI-driven improvements.

With 5+ years of Salesforce Admin experience and CPQ expertise, you will help ensure a robust, secure CRM ecosystem aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Strong experience with Salesforce CPQ.
• Experience with Certinia (FinancialForce) for PSA/ERP workflows desirable.
• Deep understanding of Revenue/Services operations and Quote-to-Cash.

Responsibilities

• Maintain system health, monitor performance, and apply patches.
• Ensure data integrity through audits, migrations, and data hygiene.
• Manage user access, security roles, and permissions.
• Refactor legacy configurations and deprecate outdated automation.
• Collaborate on AI initiatives to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
• Oversee release management, sandboxes, and deployments.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
