Job summary

WorkWave is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our remote-first global team and lead system administration, governance, automation, and integrations to support rapid growth.

You will partner with leaders across Sales, Finance, Customer Support, and Professional Services to streamline core processes, automate workflows with Salesforce Flow and Einstein AI, and maintain a secure, scalable CRM. CPQ and Certinia experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Deep experience supporting complex revenue and services operations with a solid understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ is required.
• Experience with Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) supporting PSA/ERP workflows is highly preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Flow, Reports, Dashboards; security and access controls.

Responsibilities

• Maintain system health, monitor performance, apply patches.
• Ensure data integrity through audits and migrations.
• Manage user access and security across the org.
• Refactor legacy configuration and reduce technical debt.
