Job summary

WorkWave is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to automate processes, manage integrations, and optimize our CRM for rapid growth. You will partner with business leaders to remove bottlenecks and keep the Salesforce ecosystem robust, secure, and aligned with company goals.

You will drive automation initiatives using Salesforce Flow and AI-driven opportunities, oversee release processes, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success to streamline cross-functional workflows.

Qualifications

5+ years of direct experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Deep experience supporting complex revenue and services operations with a solid understanding of Quote-to-Cash.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) is required.
Experience with Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) supporting PSA/ERP workflows is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain system health, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply patches for optimal functionality.
Ensure data integrity through audits, migrations, and data hygiene practices.
Manage user access, security roles, permissions, and change controls.
