Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years Salesforce implementation experience as a Solution Architect.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and related capabilities.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, and integrations.
• Experience leading technical design and governance processes.
• Salesforce Certifications: Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (required).
• Familiarity with Revenue Cloud and handling sensitive data.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
