Agility Technologies Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Architect to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that meet complex business needs. The role combines technical leadership with strategic thinking and strong communication skills.

The position is remote, with expectations to lead architecture, collaboration with business and technical teams, and ongoing improvements to align with evolving requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 10+ years software engineering; 5+ years as a TA on Salesforce; Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Platform Developer II; FedRAMP/NIST 800-53 expertise essential
• Architects CI/CD pipelines, implements PIV/CAC identity management, engineers LDV strategies for millions of records, and builds RAG pipelines for Agentforce.
• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and integration tools.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design Solutions: Create scalable and effective Salesforce solutions tailored to meet specific business requirements.
• Architectural Strategy: Develop and maintain the architectural strategy for Salesforce applications, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including business leaders and technical teams, to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implementation Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce projects, guiding technical teams and ensuring successful delivery.
• Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical designs, architecture documentation, and system integration plans.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure best practices are followed and maintain data integrity and security within the Salesforce platform.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and industry trends, and continuously refine solutions to adapt to changing business needs.
