Ladders is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect, Service Cloud to join our team. This role will shape solution design for Salesforce Service Cloud implementations, translating business needs into practical technical outcomes.

You will partner with customers, delivery teams, and project stakeholders to guide configuration, documentation, and user adoption. The position combines technical consulting, project coordination, and solution architecture with a strong focus on delivering high‑quality

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical consulting and project management roles.
• 2+ years delivering Salesforce projects.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce administration, including Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
• Expert in Service Cloud solutions via declarative configuration.
• Experience with CRM Analytics and Experience Cloud preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to document technical requirements effectively.
• Experience with end-to-end SDLC in Salesforce projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously.

This role will shape solution design for Salesforce Service Cloud implementations, translating business needs into practical technical outcomes. You will partner closely with customers, delivery teams, and project stakeholders to guide configuration, documentation, and user adoption. The position combines technical consulting, project coordination, and solution architecture with a strong focus on delivering high‑quality CRM experiences.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually
