Job summary

CapTech Consulting is seeking a senior Salesforce Solutions Architect to lead architecture for enterprise Salesforce programs across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds. You will guide delivery teams, design scalable integrations, and drive best practices in SDLC and DevOps within large client engagements.

The role demands deep hands-on skills with Apex, LWC, OmniStudio, CPQ, and integration patterns, plus strong client-facing communication to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design and optimize complex business processes and integrate systems across distributed enterprise environments.
• Strong client-facing written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum3+ yearsof Salesforce platform experience.
• Minimum5+ yearsof overall technical development experience.
• Strong architectural and hands-on experience with Salesforce, including Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, integration patterns, and SDLC best practices.
• Experience implementing Salesforce solutions at scale for mid-to-large enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients on cross-functional, team-based projects to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor, managing architectural scope while aligning technical solutions with business goals
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, setting clear expectations and guiding decision-making
• Lead the technical architecture and delivery of Salesforce implementations, including custom development, integrations, and data migration
• Design enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and industry-relevant managed packages
• Define and support environment strategy, release management, and DevOps processes aligned with enterprise delivery standards
